Privacy and data handling
Privacy Policy
This BetProAccounts.pk privacy policy explains how we handle data from the website form, support email, WhatsApp route, complaints, and technical logs.
The Laravel form sends your request to support@betproaccounts.pk. The app does not save the form body in its database. Email, WhatsApp, SportsIDs, hosting, and security systems may still keep limited records.
What Does the BetProAccounts.pk Privacy Policy Cover?
BetProAccounts.pk publishes and runs this website. You can email support@betproaccounts.pk.
We are an authorized dealer and support site. We are separate from the BetPro platform and the third parties named here.
A lawyer must approve the final data-controller name and business address before launch.
What Information Does the Website Form Collect?
The account form asks for a contact or display name. It also asks for a WhatsApp number with country code.
You add a desired account name and choose an account type. You must tick the consent box. You may add a short message.
The form does not ask for your email. It does not ask for CNIC or KYC under the current dealer process.
Never enter a password, OTP, payment PIN, email password, remote-access code, or full payment details.
What Information May Be Collected Automatically?
The server and security tools may log an IP address. They may also log browser details, time, page, referral data, errors, and security events.
These logs help us run the site. They also help us stop spam, fix faults, and check abuse.
The final log list depends on the live hosting and security tools. We must update this policy after the stack is locked.
What Happens When You Use the WhatsApp Button?
The main button opens a SportsIDs universal link. SportsIDs sends the lead to the current WhatsApp support route.
The WhatsApp number can change at the backend. The public link can stay the same.
SportsIDs, WhatsApp, Meta, your network, and your device may process data under their own rules. Read their current privacy notices.
What Information Is Used in Support Chats?
Support may use your contact name and WhatsApp number. It may also use your desired account name, account type, and account status.
For a payment issue, the dealer may ask for the amount, method, time, or limited proof. Share only what is needed in the private chat.
For a complaint, support may keep the issue, messages, evidence, actions, and response.
Why Do We Use This Information?
We use data to answer you and handle account requests. We also use it for support, dealer payments, complaints, safety, and fraud checks.
We may keep limited records to meet a legal duty. We may also use them to protect the service or defend a claim.
We do not sell personal data. We do not need secret login details for support.
Where Is the Form Request Stored?
The Laravel app does not save the form body in its database. It sends the request by email.
The support inbox, email provider, backups, spam filter, and server logs may keep the message or related records.
No app database does not mean no record exists anywhere.
Who May Receive Information?
Approved support staff and assigned dealers may see data when they need it for your request.
Hosting, email, security, SportsIDs, WhatsApp, Meta, network, bank, or wallet providers may process data for their service.
We may share data when law requires it. We may also share it to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without a clear reason and any required consent.
How Long Do We Keep Information?
We should keep data only for as long as we need it. This may cover support, security, complaints, payment checks, law, and backups.
The final retention schedule is not approved. The operator and lawyer must approve it before launch.
Suggested review points are 90 days for routine lead emails. We suggest 12 months for complaint records.
We also suggest 90 days for security logs and 30 days for rolling backups. These are draft suggestions, not final promises.
How Do We Protect Information?
We use access limits, secure email, HTTPS, spam checks, updates, and staff rules.
No system is fully secure. Email, websites, devices, networks, and chat services can fail or be attacked.
Lock your device and WhatsApp. Use strong passwords. Avoid unknown links.
Do We Use Cookies or Analytics?
At launch, the Laravel site should use only cookies needed for security, form safety, and basic use.
Search Console and Rank Math do not need a public analytics cookie on Laravel pages.
If we add analytics, ads, or session recording, we must update this policy. We must also add any consent control required by law.
Is Information Processed in Other Countries?
Hosting, email, WhatsApp, Meta, SportsIDs, and other providers may process data outside your country.
Privacy rules can differ by country. A lawyer must review the final vendor list, hosting location, and transfer wording.
What Privacy Choices Do You Have?
You may ask what data we hold about you. You may ask us to fix or delete it.
Some records may need to stay for security, payment, complaint, or legal reasons.
You may withdraw consent for future contact. This does not always remove records that we must keep.
Email support@betproaccounts.pk. Use the registered WhatsApp number for an account request.
We may ask for limited proof before we act. We will not ask for a password or OTP.
Do We Collect Information From Children?
The service is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer account help to children.
Contact us if you think a child sent data. We will review it and delete it when needed.
Does This Policy Cover Third-Party Sites?
No. This policy covers BetProAccounts.pk.
It does not control BetPro, WhatsApp, Meta, SportsIDs, banks, wallets, hosting firms, or other sites.
Read each third party's current privacy notice.
How Will We Update This Policy?
We may update this policy when our form, hosting, email, security, analytics, support, or law changes.
We will change the last-updated date. We may also post a notice for a major change.
Does BetProAccounts.pk sell personal data?
No. The site does not sell personal data.
Does the Laravel form save my message in a database?
